I believe that Living healthy begins with a peaceful relationship with mind and body. I love what I do and feel fortunate that I can help others by sharing my knowledge and passion for nutrition.

I focus on ,Nutrition Coaching , Counseling and Lifestyle Modification, Weight Management, and General health and wellness. The first consultation is one hour and includes client overall health assessment, medical history, and lifestyle habits.

I provide science-based nutrition, and I am passionate about being part of your journey to better health. I had the privilege to work with one of my university professors, the famous scientist, Doctor Steve Oppenheimer in his cancer research laboratory for two years. Doctor Oppenheimer received a U.S. Presidential Award for Mentoring at the White House, in January 2010. I was also modeling for many fashion and retail companies, and I did runway for 6 years.

My 5- year- old son makes me proud every day. I anticipate and treasure my time with my little boy, and I love to read books for him. My family and I find solace in nature, and we spend most of our weekends at the Malibu beach. I maintain wellness by exercising and staying active and in shape. I enjoy healthy eating, swimming, traveling in Europe, yoga, meditation, skiing, Tennis, classical music and spending quality time with my family and friends.
